I haven't been diagnosed (yet) with IIH, but I'm pretty sure I do have it. As a result of my third blood patch gone wrong - I litterally felt the pressure rise to my head as I was laying on the hospital bed and the doctor had the needle in my back. well today i had a phone call from neuro's secretary (at last only been waiting for appointment since december) to tell me that the neuro has recieved my scan, blood test,and lp results and after reviewing them has decided to passed me on to another neuro( a Proffessor adrian williams)

Just wondering if anyone suffer's with swollen legs and ankles (also hands) this was happening before i was diagnosed with BIH doc said it was water retention and put me on Fusomide tab's. Just wondered if it was a symptoms that went along with BIH ?? even though i'm taking fusomide and have has the dosage uped my ankles and legs are still swollen :sad
