hmmmm...... so perhaps the cooling of the ice bath can increase CSF drainage at the arachnoid granulation somehow?
has anyone else tried the ice bath?

I don't know. I never even considered temperature gradients. The only feedback from my neuro was that she thought the drugs had scarred my arachnoid granulations and proceeded to tell me that I would probably have this for life. It is interesting to note that, when I first became symptomatic, I experienced definite hormonal issues and my body temperature dropped by a full degree. Just another puzzle...
