Fatigue can be a symptom of abnormal ICP (intra cranial pressure), both too high and too low.  Do you have other symptoms that would lead you to think that perhaps your shunt has failed?  Unfortunately, being extremely tired can be due to so many things.  A call to your docs may be in order.

It could be due to the whole procedure and the anaesthetic. After each of my revisions I've been extremely tired, and after so many,  when I asked why I was told it was due to the after effects of these. Are you taking any medication? Some medications can make you feel tired, especially pain relief medication. Surgery is exhausting especially when you have had several in a relatively close period of time. Constant chronic pain can also cause tiredness.

I'm NOT saying that's what is causing your tiredness only that it's a possibility. If you're really worried about it have a word with your doctor.

Unfortunately, it isn't always possible to tell what our pressures might be without having that darn lp done.
Have you asked your docs yet?  Just curious what they think.

Are you taking any meds to help with the pressure?  Even though I have a lp shunt, I still take Diamox and Lasix, every day.  My shunt has an adjustable valve, which is set at 10.  Without the meds, my head starts to pound and my dizziness gets worse.  My most recent spinal tap showed that my shunt is operating correctly, just needed to increase the meds a hair, which I did and feel better now.  I hope that maybe your doc will be willing to work with you to try to have the same type of results.
