so still waiting for my LP shunt, but in the mean time i can not sleep due to the wooshing my ears, my nuro says my fluid is up (he looked at my optic nerve) he dosent idealy wonna do an LP due to my surgery comming up, dose anyone have any secret hekpful hints or tips ro help with the wooshing x[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

The only think I've found is having my headphones in and listening to music. I love the repetitive chanting stuff by Tim Wheater - sends me straight to sleep and soothes away that awful whoosing and pulsing noise.

Sometimes a "white noise" kind of thing like having a fan on helps me tune it out. Smile
